Date:

Kicking off the holiday shopping season, Houston’s Nutcracker Market returns to the NRG Center, running from November 14-17. Yesterday’s exclusive preview, hosted by KPRC 2’s Holly Galvan and Zorrie Jones, unveiled some exciting new vendors and unique holiday finds, giving shoppers an inside look before the market opened to the public today

Over 270 vendors and new additions await shoppers

The Nutcracker Market promises an extensive selection with over 270 merchants this year, including fresh additions like Blue Quail Clothing Co., Coffee Cake Guys, and Tart by Taylor, alongside returning favorites like Minnie Belle Jewels. From holiday decor and gourmet foods to jewelry, apparel, and unique gift items, the market offers something for every holiday shopper.

General admission is $20, while Early Bird tickets for $60 provide access for the first two days with multiple entries. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, at H-E-B Business Centers, and at the door (cash or check only).

The Nutcracker Market, Houston Ballet‘s biggest annual fundraiser, contributes 11% of sales, along with admission and event proceeds, to support the ballet, its Academy, and scholarship programs. Last year, the event raised over $5.5 million, adding to a grand total of more than $90.5 million raised since its inception.

With its bustling atmosphere, the Nutcracker Market can be busy, especially at midday. For a relaxed experience, shop during early or late hours, sample gourmet treats, and use the package pick-up service at Booth #923, which also includes drive-thru pickup.

Whether you’re a loyal visitor or new to this cherished event, the Nutcracker Market offers a memorable shopping experience while supporting Houston’s vibrant arts community.
