As Thanksgiving approaches, several Dallas organizations are offering free meals and turkeys to help families celebrate without financial strain. These events offer a chance for residents to enjoy the holiday season with community support.
H-E-B Feast of Sharing

H-E-B’s Feast of Sharing will provide a free holiday dinner to all Dallas residents. This annual event, held in Fair Park’s Automobile Building, is open to everyone.
United Way’s Holiday Meal Distribution

East Dallas Turkey Giveaway

Council members will distribute turkeys to East Dallas families. Registration is required, and only those with confirmation can pick up their turkey.
MLK Fresh Produce Distribution
- When: Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Where: Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 2922 MLK Blvd., Dallas, TX 75215
The MLK Fresh Produce Distribution Center provides free fruits, vegetables, and dry goods to all Dallas residents, with no restrictions.
MLK Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway
